Some clients choose to implement a Content Management System (CMS) that allows them to manage part or all of their web site themselves. However from time to time they may require consulting or graphic design services where they do not have adequate internal expertise. Many of our clients also simply do not have the time and/or staff to manage their web site updates themselves. Some clients have such infrequent updates it is not cost efficient to perform the work in-house.
Soul Creation Designs are happy to manage your web site on an ongoing basis. Because web sites are what we produce all day every day, we are always available to alter the web site, provide advice or support, at short notice. This takes the hassle and worry out of maintaining a web site. Normally we quote a body of work, or just charge in half hourly increments, with a minimum charge of one hour (our hourly rate is $55/hr inclusive of GST for most work).
However many of our clients choose to take a Maintenance Package, which is a discounted pre-paid package of web site maintenance time. Maintenance packages are available in hourly multiples, and use cumulative time, rather than a normal minimum charge of 1 hour, meaning you only pay for the time you use*.
Maintenance clients also receive priority on their updates, with most changes performed within 48 hours.
